About the job
You will be responsible for organizing and administrate everything related to our HR department and thus contribute to our open and accessible working atmosphere with our international employees. You will be the first point of contact for colleagues and new employees. In this dynamic role, you will be given the freedom and space to further expand and optimize this department with your knowledge and skills, together with the HR Manager. You like to roll up your sleeves, take responsibility and show initiative!
Your main responsibilities and tasks are:
Together with our HR manager, the first point of contact for employees and managers for all HR-related questions.
Carry out administrative work in the field of inflow, throughflow and outflow. We use an HR application Apployed for administration. We use an ATS for recruitment of new employees.
In regular contact with our employees and know what is going on at work, but also in your private life for the right work/life balance.
Actively participate in meetings and projects in the field of HR and dare to speak out on HR-related topics.
Liaise with the HR manager and Finance department for pay roll related questions.
Recruitment of new employees in a 360 role together with department management.
About you
A degree in Human Resources (graduate or) upto 3 years of work experience at an international employer.
You like to take initiative and hands on. As we are a scale up company your learning curve is very steep within the field of HR.
Good command of English and Dutch language both spoken and in writing.
