About the job
As our new Stakeholder Manager you provide input and action on all activities that relate to our reputation. Moreover, you are responsible for standardizing and facilitating media relations, employee communications, and issues and/or crisis management processes for the company. You coordinate and integrate corporate messages to all stakeholders both internal and external.
The Stakeholder Manager reports to our Policy & Regulation Manager.
Project informationIX Renewables has a strong presence in the Taiwan offshore wind market. From our office in Taipei, we are working on the development of several offshore wind farms.
One of these projects concerns the development of a floating offshore wind farm. The project is in bidding stage and is expected to be commissioned in 2030. For this project, we are looking for a package lead for the onshore substation (“ONS”) package (cable landing, onshore cable, onshore substation and grid connection).
Your responsibilities and tasks:
During the early development stage, conduct stakeholder analysis and plan, and then execute stakeholder management based on project needs.
Under project authorization, execute internal and external stakeholder engagements based on stakeholder management needs.
Plan and execute stakeholder involvement and post-involvement reporting based on local communication needs.
Coordinate local and central policy and policy analysis in accordance with project requirements, and consistently perform effective internal alignment.

In the realm of stakeholder management, conduct efficient communication with the project team, investors, partners, and key stakeholders in accordance with project needs.
Management support: Prepare and coordinate internal and external meetings according to the development team's needs, draft briefing materials, internal approval documents, and tracking follow up actions.
About you
A Bachelor degree in a relevant field of study.
Experience or knowledge in project development in the renewables industry.
Experience or knowledge in the legislative process or regulatory authority, for example as a congressional assistant or public service department experience will be preferred.
A strategic and creative thinker that can quickly understand and analyses complex challenges.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of social/political/economic issues relevant to local stakeholders.
A professional communicator, this role will include interfacing with the local community, media, and other external audiences.
Manage meetings, stakeholders, communications for a fast-paced project in highly organized and efficient manner.
Superior writing skills and verbal skills in Mandarin and good command of the English language in words and writing.
