The Project Engineer reports to the Engineering Manager. You will be responsible for managing the subcontracted engineering packages and the technical scope of subcontracted offshore installation activities (for example WTG, Cables, T&I etc).

Your responsibilities and tasks:

• Develops and maintain offshore wind farm installation logistics for ongoing projects.
• Help making decisions about the technical and commercial process.
• Support technical packages in offshore wind farm construction projects.
• You are contributing to an excellent time scheduling, budget control and interdisciplinary coordination of offshore construction activities.
• You assist with budgetary proposal processes with domestic and international offshore construction companies.
• Support procurement with preparation of contracts and vessel charter with offshore construction companies.
• Support technical and commercial assessment of different installation methodologies.
• Support interface management to authorities and governmental bodies.

About you

• Master degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, Marine Logistics from a Dutch or Taiwanese university.

• A flexible approach to work and willingness to travel in Europe and APAC.

• Work in a structured manner and ability to structure the documentation.

• Strong team player, willingness to learn, self-starting and highly motivated.

• Experience in offshore and preferably heavy lifting.

• Taiwanese nationality and fluent spoken and written English.
